For the past two years, the Latin American region witnessed unparalleled activity, with record-breaking inflows of capital and startup creation. Such momentum led many companies to expand operations across the region.

We wanted to revisit the question we asked ourselves back in 2020 for our last TechXplorers edition: where are Latam startups expanding within Latin America? For this, we nailed down ~700 startups that have raised more than US $5M in a Series A since 2015. Almost 30% of those have expanded to at least one more country in Latin America.
